Exchanges:

Eligibility:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Process:
  • Contact us at support@snackshacktees.com to initiate an exchange.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange and send you the new item.
Refunds:

Eligibility:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Process:
  • Contact us at support@snackshacktees.com to initiate a refund.
  • Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@snackshacktees.com.
  • Provide your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
